TRAINEE ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR
We are looking for someone with a strong attention to detail and eager to learn new skills.

Trainee Accounts Administrator Job Details
Basic Salary: £24,500
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday - 08:30-17:30

Location: Worthing

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor accounts to ensure payments are received in line with customer's terms.
Reconciling invoices paid and to dispatch monthly statements.
Following up on non-payment and pursue debts.
Liaising with customers to ensure their accounts are accurate and fully up to date.
Processing a high volume of supplier invoices.
Reconciling and paying supplier statements.
Following up on outstanding invoices.
Liaising with suppliers to make sure that their accounts are fully up to date.
